College of Charleston Opera presents The Tales of
Hoffmann. Offenbach’s fantastical opera is based on
the thrilling short stories from the mind of the poet
E.T.A. Hoffmann. Follow Hoffmann on a surreal
journey as he searches for love, meaning and reality.
Performance will be sung in French with English
supertitles and is presented alongside musicians from
partnering Charleston Symphony Orchestra.
